Balanced Budgets and Top Quality Programs

Through the hard work and dedication of the Center's staff and Board of Directors, and because of the outstanding support from a wide range of individuals, foundations and corporations, the Center has developed a sound budget in addition to stable and diverse revenue streams.

The board and staff are committed to keeping the Center's fees as affordable as possible: in fact, the Center is the lowest priced day care center in Chester County. As a result, there is a $1,173 annual gap between the actual cost of caring for a child at the Center and the reimbursement we receive. At an average enrollment of 105 children, this is a $123,183 annual shortfall that is funded by our generous contributors.

How do we make ends meet? Contributions from the United Way of Chester County and other generous donors.

West Chester Area Day Care Center is a member of the Chester County Chamber of Commerce.
